  Note: these rates do NOT include the 9% Pa lodging tax nor our $250 security deposit (refunded after the house has been inspected and checks out satisfactorily). 

   During summer months there is a small fee to have access to the outdoor swimming pool and a separate fee for gym, tennis courts are free. Amenity Fee is dependent on length of stay. Paid to the management office.
